Enjoy your October 2009 Newsletter!

Hello, I can't believe it is October, before we all know it the Holidays will be upon us. We had a wonderful meeting in September. It was great to see all the familiar faces along with some new in the audience. I encourage all of you that attend meetings on a regular basis to bring a friend-and remember to car pool to save gas.

I know the FREE fall workshop went well despite the confusion at the location. Fifty members attended. What a success. Thank you all.

Please start reading your AORN Journals looking for issues that will be brought to the delegates to vote on. I encourage you to bring up any questions at the general meeting for clarification of the issues and your views on the subjects...Remember your delegates represent YOU..we need your input.

I will be unable to attend the October meeting. I will be presenting in Denver at the Energy-based Devices Perioperative Summit.
