A RN

As part of the Perioperative Nursing 101 course being conducted at Tri-City Medical Center in Oceanside, First Time Attendance at Congress was built into the program schedule.  .

The Tri-City District Foundation sponsored the Interns for registration for one day of “exposure” that included the vendor fair and educational opportunities.  The Cardinal Partners also took them out to dinner.

Networking with other OR nurses made me aware that there are some unique experiences but also some that are common to all OR’s.  I definitely will be attending another Congress in the future.

Mike Ballinger

What a great experience!  Attending the educational sessions was especially useful.  The subject of Crucial Conversations will directly impact my ability to turn a potentially difficult situation into an opportunity for growth.

Maine Ramirez

I found it fascinating and highly informative.  The opportunity to see the range of products available for patient care was spectacular.  I definitely will be attending another Congress in the future.

Chris McCallister

No doubt about it, the chance for Congress exposure is a positive motivator.  I should let you know that each of these interns is currently a member of AORN Chapter #0511.  Please stop by and meet them during one of our meetings.

Make a pleasant evening of it, bring a friend and/or co-worker and  expose them to AORN of San Diego.
